Mr. Rabih El Akoumi

Cheif Executive Officer

Mr. Rabih El Akoumi is the founder of Victoria Star and a member of the board of directors. Mr. Rabih is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall strategic direction, planning, and execution of top-level initiatives. In 2009, he started the business for both residential and commercial cleaning specially in housekeeping services in United Arab Emirates. In this year 2018, he started to put up a branch in Lebanon which specializes in carpet washing services. He is a dynamic leader with good experience building high-growth, profitable companies, and he continues to build upon his record of success at Victoria Star for more than 15 years. Mr. Rabih lead & motivate his subordinates to advance the employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team in the company.
